Recently, Constitution Party National Committee chairman Jim Clymer blasted the Republican National Committee for endorsing a proposal by Irish rock-n-roller Bono to commit US taxpayers to fork over $30 million to help "eliminate global poverty."
Everyone should know that ALL foreign aid is UNconstitutional!
