Senator Rand Paul's decision to skip Thursday's debate undercard in Charleston (after being excluded from the main prime time event) may end up doing more good to his campaign than harm.
I only wish to hear the Kentucky Senator's take on just who is eligible to serve as dictator, uh, President.
