It's the electoral vote that truly counts, and the Donald has the advantage there.
It will be on December 19 that Presidential electors, chosen by the voters, will be meeting in all the state capitals (and in the District of Criminals) to cast their votes.
Unless some last-minute trickery is produced by the power elites, Mr. Trump should end up with more than the 270 required for election.
This is part of what the Founding Fathers had in mind, to prevent our constitutional republic to being transformed into a democracy, which is what they rightfully feared.
