How about a noninterventionist foreign policy?
As far as President Trump's tweet, he's only disparaging a corrupt government in Haiti, NOT its' people.
As far as I'm concerned, the President was not racist in any form here.
Don't forget the grimy hands of the Clinton Foundation, either.
