Howard Phillips, the former Nixon administration figure who was the founder of the US Taxpayers (later Constitution) Party and was its' Presidential candidate in 1992, 1996, and 2000, passed away this past Saturday at age 72.
This blogger voted for Mr. Phillips in each of the aforementioned presidential general elections.
