What What Is "Progressivism" Anyhow?

The term has been restyled to act like socialism, but with an American face.

American socialists, unlike the communists, believe in controlling, but NOT owning key industries.

The term should be scrapped in favor of "Yankee Socialism," which, unlike its' Marxist counterparts, means keeping capitalism, though under strict government controls on business, instead of having businesses OWNED by the state.

Of course, it doesn't work, and it's oppressive in nature.

They are actually PRO-capitalist "socialists."

Except for the true believers, American "socialists" are frauds.

You Might Say...

That Republicans speak to people as they are individuals, regardless of skin color, while Democrats talk down rather disdainfully to members of minorities (of course, they talk down to folks regardless of skin color).

While The Democrats Seized Control Of The House...

The GOP did pick up two Senate seats, perhaps making it easier for President Trump to get his cabinet and judicial appointments approved.

Ratelband wants his hometown of Arnheim, southeast of Amsterdam, to change his official birthdate from March 11, 1949, to March 11, 1969.

“Because nowadays, in Europe and in the United States, we are free people,” Ratelband told the Washington Post. “We can make our own decisions if we want to change our name, or if we want to change our gender. So I want to change my age. My feeling about my body and about my mind is that I’m about 40 or 45.”

Ratelband, a motivational speaker and author, says he gets regular checkups from his doctor, who told him he has the body of a 45-year-old. He claims to have low blood pressure, excellent joint health and eyesight, and A-1 mental health.

This guy is nuts, but then what else can you expect in the Netherlands.
